## Known Risks
- PostgreSQL must be running for backend tests
- Redis not installed (refresh tokens JWT-based, no async queue yet)
- No Alembic migrations yet (tables via Base.metadata.create_all)
- mobile.de push is synchronous (returns 202 but executes inline)
