UI-Backlog Modul 4 (Commit 79ca1cb):

  • api/tenants.ts: TanStack-Hooks (list/tenant-users/create/assign)
  • pages/Tenants.tsx: Tenant-Karten mit Standard-Badge, expandierbare User-Liste, Create-Dialog (Name+Slug), Assign-User-Dialog mit Picker — tenants:write-Gating
  • Settings-Subpage /settings/tenants + Settings-Nav + i18n de/en

Backend existierte bereits (4 Endpoints, tenants:read/write), Frontend 0% Abdeckung.

Verifikation: Vitest 8/8, tsc 0, build 0, Frontend-Deploy SUCCESS, live: API 200 (Default Org) + SPA 200.
