entity_attachments-FK fixen -> alembic check als Drift-Gate. Migration-Runner Hash-Check ergaenzen (geaenderte getrackte Migration = Alarm statt stiller Skip). schema_drift_check.py + check_migration_hashes.py in ci_pipeline.sh.
